So Intel made an aftermarket CPU cooler; in fact they've made a couple, but perhaps the most controversial by design was the BXTS15A which closely resembles multiple stock heatsinks stacked on top of each other.

At £20 or $30 it costs the same as the Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim, so is it as good? Of course not.
